KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27 — The Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) is collaborating with the Selangor and Johor governments to ensure each of their districts has at least one direct current (DC) charger for electric vehicles (EVs).

CYBERJAYA, June 13 — Malaysia still lacks electric vehicles (EV) charging stations to cater to growing demands, with only about 1,000 charging stations currently available compared with the 10,000 targeted by 2025, said Science, Technology and Innovation (Mosti) Minister Chang Lih Kang.
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 9 — The government’s target to install up to 10,000 public charging stations for electric vehicles in Malaysia by 2025 under the Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint 2021-2030 is on track, with around 700 charging stations nationwide having been set up so far.
